▼SURFACE
Paint Color: Main tiles color
Plaster Color: Makes each tile a bit different in color
Plaster AO: Fake Ambient Occlusion intensity

▼DAMAGE
Damage: Wall damage factor
Cracks: Adds cracks
Dents: Adds dents

▼STAINS
Stains: Adds stains
Stains Scale: Controls the scale of the stains texture
Stains Color 1: Stains color 1
Stains Color 2 Stains color 2
Stains Color 2: Stains color 2

▼LEAK
Leak: Adds leaking stains
Leak Color: Leak color
Leak Roughness: Leak roughness

▼OTHERS
Scale: overall material scale
Seed: Gives different results using the same parameters
Bump: Multiplier for the bump

Replace Vector (Only visible in the Shader Editor): An input where you can replace the default vector, you can for example plug a UV Map node with a Mapping node or any other texture coordinate.

This is especially useful with materials that require UVs when the surface is not 1:1 ratio and you need to adjust the scale
