Wrap Collection

Wraps a collection in plastic film

Usage

Click the “Add New” button in the addon’s panel. Go to the modifiers tab and select the collection you want to wrap in plastic.

The effect is quite solid, but can produce some overlapping in complex objects. The shading is not really affected while using the default material.

*steep angles and pointy geometry can cause the object to pierce through the film. Adding bevel or more rounded shapes will help prevent this.

*You can also change and use all the new film materials that go very well with this generator

Parameters

Margin: Increases the distance from the object to the film (helps in some cases to avoid the object going through the film)
vacuum: Pulls the film in the further away it is from the object.
vacuum range: At what distance the vacuum parameter starts taking effect.
Projection Distance: From what distance the film is projected into the object (can help to get a better result)
Material: The material of the film
